834 kcal Fat: 35.47g | Prot: 83.82g | Carb: 62.10g.   Breakfast: Complete Protein Diet - Double Rich Chocolate. Lunch: kirkland green tea with citrus, medifast peanut butter crunch, 2% String Cheese Sticks. Dinner: cucumber, reduced fat feta cheese, Annie's Lowfat Gingerly Vinaigrette, grape tomatoes, butterhead lettuce. Snacks/Other: medifast strawberry crunch, complete protein diet, Carbquik, Whipped Peanut Butter, egg beaters, hershey unsweetened cocoa, sugar snap peas, Coffee (Instant Powder, Decaffeinated), reduced fat cream cheese, baking powder. more...
