Really blew my diet over valentines day. :(
193.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's one day. Just move on and keep going. We don't get fat from one meal. It's constant overeating that does it.
