Well another week gone by and no weight loss,although I am sedentary my deficit is well over 500 calories per day but the weight doesn't seem to want to come off, so I'm a little confused as to whether I am doing this right.
I will keep it up and hopefully this plateau i'm stuck in will sort itself out,
273.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

it might be hormonal? Have you had your thyroid checked? Also you might need to do some cardio (walking 10,000 steps) or weight bearing exercise.

Oh also I noticed your protein is rather low, increasing it to at least 70g aday should help also. :-)

Food diet ratio should be 70/30 when you are trying to lose weight. Therefore you will need to excerise but it will also keep you toned I noticed your protein and fibre is not high enough Try and only eat fruit in the morning or bran instead of special k - high in carbs but you are more likely to burn them off the earlier you eat them and the bran will give you fibre and energy Also I think at times your not eating enough calories therefore your body thinks it is not going to get food for a long time again and starts to store the fat - you are not eating enough morning and I can see you skip lunch Better to have chicken salad or chicken and veg and leave out the rice Coffee is making you feel full but not got enough in it to help you get through the day try these balanced carb meals which have good fibre in them and they also make you feel fuller longer 4/5 small meals are better than 2 I would also try and drink 2litres of water per day instead of coffee (even a diluting juice sugar free) Try not to eat after 7/730 in the evening. Hope this helps but don't give up!
