On valentine's day I report my new weight 163.5lbs. Last weigh in was 574 days ago; if I could loose just 1/4th oz every day ( 60 calorie per day net loss 30 calories in less intake and 30 calories in extra few steps of walking, on a steady average basis then I would be about 9 lbs lighter or about 1/2 way to my desired goal of 146lbs. Time runs on its own! But time is always on your side - I went up 10 lbs and and came down 10 lbs - so here is my new timeline or plan. I shall now aim to maintain daily 225 to 250 calorie defecit or loose about net 1 oz daily - on average - that will get me to 146 lbs in about 276 days and before the end of Year 2013.
163.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
