Slept 7.5 hours. Nice day and both body and brain working better than yesterday. All 5 Senses of sight,hearning,smell, taste and touch working better. To put a drop of sour in the milk, I wish I could put a switch to turn off the sense of hearing selectively - I have to work on that!

Here is an example that my brain is working better! I can prove - slow and steady-ttortoise is much better. My last weigh in was 562 days ago. Steadily and daily by combining a little extra physical work,cutting or refusing just a little food,avoiding or not letting it rub in or laughing at 1 unhappy/unpleasant external impact, sleeping 15 minutes more and going to bed 15 minutes early if I could average a net 250 calorie less per day, I would be 39 lbs lighter ( 3600 cal per lbs - I used)by now. It is real and real easy if I can be steady!
So, my Friends, be staedy - yes you can be verbose too!. I shall weigh in at the last day of every month - so that I can wake the goofy sleepy hare up to be like a tortoise - to remain on track to 146 lbs by the end of 2013!
