I've been at this for about 6 weeks now and have lost 20 pounds. I feel like things are stalled. It's frustrating and I'm starting to lose motivation! Seeing any loss will renew my mission but if nothing happens soon I'm afraid I'll slip.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

20 pounds in 6 weeks? That is fantastical! Of that time, how long have you been stalled? It is probably a normal process that is common after a really good loss like you have had. When we lose fast, our bodies need time to adjust to the losses and will slow, or sometimes stop for just a little bit. If you haven't done so yet, try taking body measurements. Just because the scale isn't moving doesn't mean that you aren't losing inches.

Don't give up. Don't you feel better after losing 20 lbs? Go by how you feel, not the scale. Keep moving and eating healthy and the weight will come off. Good Luck!
