Well it seems that the low carb diet is working for me. It hasn't been too tough to stay away from breads and sweets. (Not easy, there were definitely some cupcakes and creme brulees that crossed my path that I had to avoid) Here's to sticking with it!
136.5 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
