Walked 4 miles at the park today. Hoping to do Level 3 of Jillian Michaels again later. Seems like everything wants to break lately so I don't know but I will make the effort
149.4 lb Lost so far: 39.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
