Out of town for a week or so. Visiting my baby girl, my favorite son in law and my sweetness aka my 9 month old grandson. He is my joy. Not tracking anything. Will stick to a ketogenic diet, except for when I visit the local brewery. Beer is good! LOL Have a great week my friends ❤️

176.5 lb Lost so far: 25.9 lb. Still to go: 26.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds wonderful! Enjoy!! I'm sure you've heard it before and it's true. Those grandkids seem to grow up much faster than the kids did. Then again I think it's because time passes faster for 'us' as we get older. Or is that just me?
