On the ball this morning - going to shoot for 8 hours....we'll see, my back from kickboxing last night is still kind of unhappy. Working on sitting upright and straight back. Catch myself wanting to slump my shoulders. Working out tonight will probably be low back exercises and maybe, just maybe Warrior xfit - maybe 2 exercises.
