I've been weighing myself in the evening after a long afternoon nap. 247.8 lbs now. Last Wednesday morning I weighed in (in uniform) at the Dr.'s office at 269 lbs, fasted wed thru friday and started Atkins Induction phase 1 on sat. Yesterday evening I spent over 150 bucks at GNC getting vito-nutrients and a vegetable food sup. called Maximum Greens Complete. The micro nutrients are just as important or more than the macro nutrients. I believe OPTIMAL daily intake of micro-nutrients is MUCH more useful information than any RDA info. They DON'T want you to get well without drugs. No money in healthy people.
