no change in two weeks :-(
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As frustrating as it is, at least no change is better then a gain. Stay strong and believe that no change this week may just be leading up to a bigger one next week. Good luck!
