I am determined to lose 2.5 more pounds in the next week....So I just did the math...and in order for me to pass this 30 pounds in 12 weeks challenge, im gonna have to be losing 2.5 pounds per week....
182.0 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
