Been away visiting family.
Ate pizza.
Drank beer.
Otherwise, I stuck to my way of eating.
Lost a few ounces.
Amazed.
LOL!
178.2 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
