Got a nice 222.4 after a day of fasting and a happy hour consisting of five whiskeys. Ate some chicken and a premier protein drink when I got home.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 102.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
