Haven't wanted to weigh in because my weight is not going down. But here it is. 3 more pounds gained. I gotta change something and fast. Goal weight is still 160. 21 pounds to lose.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
