Still coming off. fast.
I will have to be careful I don't get too loose in my skin.
It will all slow down soon.
148.4 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh my! Had rump steak AGAIN! Only a small bit as I really needed food. Am overstuffed now, so will take it easy tomorrow.
