MightyFull's Journal, 18 August 2010

This morning was interesting - I felt 'heavier' and the scale when I first got up reflected 220. :( Not surprising - I think it was due to trying to incorporate other snacks in during day and eating at wrong time, and eating too much salt and not enough water. So I worked out and weighed again - 219.6. Okay, it's up .6, but I can accept and change that!

Turbo Sculpt - day three - still feeling soreness in my arms and shoulders - and even hamstrings! So my body is changing. What I would really like to know is how can I get the pooch aka belly blob - how can I get it to decrease in size??? Could it have something to do with my sitting at a desk all day? Could it be something that will start changing within the next 3 weeks - where I will be doing cardio???? I'm really up for suggestions....

Since your muscles are sore, they may be retaining more water, causing your weight to be up. Hydrate it up! As for the belly pouch, I don't think there is a quick fix. :( It's the hardest to lose! Not fair.
