1260 kcal Fat: 18.00g | Prot: 68.42g | Carb: 210.39g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sugar, 1% Fat Milk, Special K Protein Shake - French Vanilla. Lunch: Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix, Mexican Style Chicken or Turkey and Corn Hominy Soup (Pozole). Dinner: Traditional Split Pea with Ham Soup, Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix. Snacks/Other: Sherbet, Cocoa and Sugar Mixture (with Lowfat Milk). more...
