I injured my self about a week and a half ago and have been limited on working out. To adjust I've had to watch my daily food intake to compensate. Initially I gained 1 pound, but now I'm back to 277.lbs. I'll start again by swimming for approximately 1 hrs. per day for 5 days out of the week. Overall I feel confident and gave started noticing that my jeans feel looser than usual!
