Woohoo! My 2 week 177 stall is broken. :) All it took was 1 super high calorie day and 1 low day back to back. Calorie cycling works! Can't wait to be out of the 170's... hopefully by the end of August.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
