Okay - I only lost a pound, but I have lost inches! I am wearing a pair of jeans that I have not been able to wear since last June. My belt buckle has also been tightened a notch! So, I am not discouraged. I have been exercising every day and muscle weighs more than fat. My NP says I am doing great. My numbers are down too for the blood pressure and sugar. Yeah me!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
