I have tried many diets and have failed each time. I liked Weight Watchers for a while, but after losing 30 lbs, I get bored and all that hard work goes down the drain. I've done this more times than I can count!

So, started a new diet, working with my doctor. High Protien!

Goals:

Wake up and eat something within the first hour of rising.
Eat at least 4 oz every two hours (Does not have to be a full meal!).
Make each meal at least 75% protien if possible.
Drink at least 64 oz of water every day - but what is better is if you divide your weight in half and drink that many oz per day.
Keep away from the sugar. Use sweeteners.
Stay away from Caffiene, it induces hunger.
Stay positive. You didn't gain it overnight, you won't lose it overnight.

If I work on these goals, I can expect to lose a healthy 1.5 - 2 lbs per week. I'm good with that. :)
