I did awesome on my diet for my first week to be back on :) lets see if I can get under 200 next week will have to work hard for it but hopefully I can I am sick of seeing the 200s again really mad at my self for letting it get out of control again I was down to 187 and felt great, should of kept going,
206.6 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 January 2013:
1192 kcal Fat: 79.61g | Prot: 76.18g | Carb: 39.37g.   Breakfast: duke mayo, heb bacon, eggs. Lunch: adkins chocloate caramel mousse bar, hunts tomatoe sauce, ground pork. Dinner: kens buttermilk dressing, chicken. Snacks/Other: onion, red bell pepper, sprouts, romaine lettuce, zucchini, cabbage, Onion. more...

Hi Sandra. I know the feeling. I became disabled last year, and have gained 35 lbs. since then. I thought it was hard to lose weight before, but adding this extra weight has really taken its toll on my health and on my ankle. I am following SB diet, and doing well and feeling healthier a little more each day. Keep up the good work and you'll get there! I started out at 258lbs. and I'm not giving up until I see 170
