Yesterday went running and did 5 1min runs, doing run 1 walk 3. it was tough but i'm going to keep doing it everyday and have 1 day off :)
244.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
