Yeah.
Tried to keep my pal company on her fast 800 plan. decided after a day it is not for me :)
Nice to seesome movement though so maybe it has kickstarted a drop.
I somehow doubt it.
153.9 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 September 2019:
983 kcal Fat: 65.26g | Prot: 80.06g | Carb: 18.19g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Hard-Boiled Egg , Egg, Butter , Tesco Cod Fillets. Dinner: Asda Extra Mature Welsh Cheddar Aeddfed Iawn Cheddar Cymreig, Lidl Greek Style Yoghurt. Snacks/Other: Lemon, Black Tea. more...

It gets easier day 4 onwards. 800 kcals a day was like cold Turkey for me lol but after almost 2 weeks (loosing 6lbs) im thinking my stomach has shrunk and struggling to even hit the 800 target. Yesterday i only managed just under 600kcals. All healthy though 😁 and without much exercise x

Thanks for the commet and support svotlandonna. Hope it all goes well for you. I see it has to be a short term intervention as it is damaging longer term. One thing I do not need is metabolic derangement, and would rather fast completely than risk that. I am quite happy fasting now and then. I do a 16:8 every day anyway.
