Watching the calories, always going for the healthy option.

And yet still did one night of the week playing snooker with my Father in Law and drinking 5 pints of beer.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
