Good weights workout today. Tried a power bar for my afternoon snack. It was tasty and filling, but I can't believe it should be a regular part of a healthy diet. I'm a bit dismayed to see my 17 year old consuming one for breakfast.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ive tried a power bar or 2 and they are good...but never for breakfast...lol..
