Hey! I'm with you on the cooking for kids and eating what they eat thing! I also babysit kids in my home, and this winter was hard to get them the exercise they needed, so I bought Tae Bo tapes! The kids love doing Tae bo (as best they can!) along with me! WE all go put on some workout suits-ballet, gym shorts etc... and get to work! With your little ones, you might find the Elmocize tapes good for them. Just getting your body moving is better then doing nothing at all! Put in a music tape and do the hockey pokey! As far as cooking, I changed my veggie dishes to diet friendly ones, so I could eat with the kids. i put spray butter on the table if they wanted it, but I didn't use any.
Try making your things ahead of time, like salads, so all you have to do is pop it out of the fridge during lunch time. Hope this helps!
