Warrior Xfit kicked some serious butt last night. I reduced the number of exercises from 6 to 4 - and still won the fight! (Was secretly thrilled!)I did 46 staggered hand pushups - girlie style - on my knees - but was flat out amazed!!! No, it wasn't easy, but I made myself push through. Hoping this cold will leave me as I look forward to getting back to class again - hopefully next week. Weighed in this morning and was surprised to be down 1lb. A good surprise, but a surprise none the less.

Today I am hungry. Not crazy hungry, but noticeably hungry. Oh well, drinking hot tea and water (did have my Quakes snack when I arrived at office - like eating air, until you add water....)

Focusing on stuff that I've ignored and put off. Some stuff from before Daddy's passing. Big day for me.
