This is a major weight loss but considering how little I ate the last two days with lots of water, no pop,no junk food and little fat I will take it and scales may show an increase tomorrow but will all even out if I continue on my path to lose.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
