Finally a couple of pounds. Going to start back on green tea extract. I've been reading a book recommended by The Biggest Loser Folks called "The Natural Fat-Loss Pharmacy" and it talks about all the safe supplements that aid in weight loss. It dawned on me that when I was losing before I was taking green tea extract. Not sure why I stopped taking it, but I did. At about that time is when I came to a standstill on my weight loss or at least my weight loss came to a crawl. It's hard to say there's been so much stress in my life lately. If I could learn to relax I'd be a lot better off in a lot of arenas. Oh well hopefully this two pounds is a start back in the right direction.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I take green tea extract, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), glucomannan, psyllium, and occasional activated charcoal. All of these things help with weight loss. Fiber and charcoal should be taken separately from other stuff (including any prescriptions or vitamins), but fiber supplements might not be good for someone who has GI tract issues.
