Grosse bouffe la veille. "-; +" Dommage... plus de gagne que perdu en 12 jours. Graisse 22.3; eau 50.5; muscles 38.9; os 58. Aujourd'hui le desastre continue, laissons faire... Remettre de l'ordre demain, prevoir l' ecart pour 12.12.12. sous forme de lunch a "I love cake". Conclusion: toujours controle pas ecarts; 1 ecart en 2 semaines- trop.
127.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
