Lost 2 # this week. The secret to my success is limiting my intake to less than 2500 cals daily AND burning 750 - 1000 calories via exercise. The primary focus of my diet is keeping sugar calories to less than 30 grams daily. Also, try to keep total calories less than 2,500 calories. I think I have found a formula that works for me. We'll review the program again next Monday.
