UGH. I was doing so well before I left for vacation, but when I got there it all went down the drain :( So today is day 1 of MAJOR detox before I get back to school... hopefully most of the weight comes off quickly like my weekend weight typically does...
109.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I haven't even eaten yet and it's 2:30 here. My girls and I walked downtown and shopped around and then walked back home. It was a good 2 hour walk!! I guess I should eat soon... I'm so mad at myself for eating all the damn cereal yesterday!!!!
