body fat %: 38.4

my measurements:

Waist (@ bellybutton): 36 (down 1 inch)
Hips (around widest part): 43 (down 2 inches)
Bust: 39 (down 1 inch)
Thighs: R27 L26.5 (down 1 inch)
Arms (L&R): 14 (up 1/2 inch)
Calves (L&R): 16 (down 1 inch)

I've been doing this workout video called "Ripped" and man, it's wicked! I've been running for a year now without doing any weight training, but doing this weight training video at home makes a big difference in losing inches overall! Even though the weight loss is slowing down on the scale (because I'm building muscle), I'm still losing fat, which is great!!! I love it!

This summer...


187.4 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
