Back from the hospital. Carotid arteries and other vessels are all 100% free from any narrowing or plaques, ultrasonographer said she rarely sees such clean vessels.
Great. no more drugs for me, just more meat and fat.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
