Still hanging on 71, great.
Did the cardio exercise treadmill test again today. made over 10 minutes, got to maximal heart rate, based on the upper universal range of 220 bpm less age, rather than the woman specific 206bpm less age, and kept it there for almost 2 minutes. recovery was down to less than starting rate in under 3 minutes. That was very well done, ticker was fine, legs gave out. Yes, I need more general fitness, am getting there.
Tomorrow I go for ultrasoind on neck vessels, carotid arteries, will be interesting to see what is seen.
Had an appt come through today to see them in the geriatric ward. Harrumph, I am only 55!!
156.5 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
