bah! why am i not losing weight?
129.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1236 kcal Fat: 19.04g | Prot: 54.31g | Carb: 228.95g.   Breakfast: cascade fresh organic fat free yogurt, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Coffee, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Yellow Sweet Peppers, Strawberries, Bing Cherries. Dinner: Black Beans, Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Yellow Summer Squash, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Raisins, The Good Dog. Snacks/Other: Sweet Cherries, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), rasin bran cereal, The Good Dog. more...

Are you eating a healthy balanced diet of lean protein, dairy, fresh fruits and veggies? Are you eating too many processed foods which have tons of sodium? Are you drinking water to flush out sodium? Are you exercising? You don't have a lot to lose, so you may already be in a healthy weight range for your height (which can make it harder to get the weight off). Exercise will burn calories and help you firm up what you got. Your goal should be to shed body fat. So eating a healthy diet with enough protein should help. It will take time though. Good luck!
