I'm only 4.5 pounds away from goal! Now that's more like it! I must have still been processing food in my guts when I weighed in last week, that's the only thing I can think of that would have contributed to a half-pound gain follwed by an eight pound loss. I feel effing AWESOME
204.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
