wow couldn't be doing much worse than this. gaining every day and researching different diet plans.

I'm looking at your food intake and you aren't eating enough which can hurt the weight loss progress. I'm on the atkins diet, you count net carbs, not calories and I've lost 14lbs as of this morning just in 13 days. Let me know if I can help in any way.
