Started Atkins the first of the year. I spent the few weeks prior slowly cutting down carbs and rereading all of my Atkins materials. I even read South Beach and a couple other low carb related materials so I could understand everything. I have PCOS and I am bound and determined to beat the scale.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thank you. I read them last May, again last fall, and now over Christmas break. I think it has helped a lot being prepared. I used the Atkins app when I did my grocery shopping. Now that I have the right foods on hand I am finding it really easy to stick to.

Yes, I agree! Having the food on hand is so key. If not, you're so tempted to just eat whatever's there or just not eat at all. Then you feel deprived. The Atkins app is a great tool!
