Day 1...end of week 1...overall not bad...3 pounds!!! The weekend was rough...too much sitting too much grazing...new day new week...gonna make this happen.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
