Last few months have been very stress filled with family issues. While I've only gained a few pounds I've been sticking to my diet and still exercising. Just not losing at all. Kind of at a stand still. Tried to increase work out length, but that resulted in plantar fasciitis and lots of foot pain and inability to work out for about 3 weeks. Then I just had to work out with pain. So life has been sucking lately. If anyone needs an 18 year old boy who knows it all I'll sell him cheap!:o) Just kidding...
309.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

I had the foot problem a few years ago when I was walking alot. It took awhile but I final got past it with two new pair of tennis shoes that I alternated each day. Also staying away from heels but I hope thats not a problem with you:)! Aren't 18 yr old boys good for yard work and roofing houses in the heat of the summer?

Sorry about the stress and family issues. If you're stuck with the weight loss, try using the food diary for awhile and see if there's anything sabotaging your efforts. Sounds like bethru wants to rent your 18 year old for some hard labor! Hang in there and take care of yourself.
