198.6 today. Not as bad as I feared it would be, but up 1.6 from last week's weigh in (and up about 2 lbs from my low last week). Hopefully it will turn around quickly, since it wasn't a big a spike as I anticipated. I ate a light dinner last night, just tilapia and veggies. Created my menu for the next few days, and will work on the rest of the week today.

Right now it's time to get back on the elliptical, despite the soreness in my feet. Think maybe there was too much walking this weekend, although it didn't seem bad at the time.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Your doing good, it's probably just water... but listen to those feet. Diabetics, prediabetics, and all those inbetween have to take care of our better care of our feet. Soreness can be caused by sugar levels also.

Yeah, that crossed my mind. I really didn't do anything that should have caused them to be sore. There was a lot of walking, but not really more than I often do here at home.

I just recently dealt with the same thing. It took a couple of days for the soreness to subside. I gave them a nice foot soak, and lotion rub though just to baby them, LOL!

Fortunately most of my workout is the elliptical, and they weren't bothering me while I did that. Walking a bit gingerly though.

Thanks info! Hoping it will be a quick turnaround, I've been back on track today...worked out, eating healthy. I knew the trip would be a disruption, but that's okay, it was well worth it. :)
