I know this is a rather challenging goal. I had originally set it for July 18, my birthday, but would like to be at goal and have managed it for about a month before my trip to Costa Rica.
175.1 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
