I ate out last night: steak potatoes and veggies, but no wine and no dessert. After a meeting there was a lot of food offered. I had one very small meatball , salad and a mixed fruit dish. This was after 9 pm and I think tht is why my weight is up today. I need to not eat in the evening.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
