Last night I was at a get-together. Ended up having some cookies and chocolate. I think I am addicted to sugar and really need to totally abstain. It is hard to keep on track when that is what is served.

I sarted down that sugar road around Halloween and have been fighting it ever since. I agree, there are some things that just have to be totally avoided.
