Coming up on 2 months, so far and no plateau yet! The diet is becoming routine. I feel hungry less often. My weight is down 1 lb this week but that's because I raised my daily caloric intake by about 150 to 200. This week, I'm going to keep it under 1600. I feel more energetic, more optimistic and better able to cope, on the job because my diet is better balanced. I'm probably eating too much fish, but I'm not in a high risk group and when I reach my goal, I will be able to return to larger but reasonable portions of red meat. I had one bad week but I kept it in a reasonably good range.
