Backslid a bit over the weekend, but about what I was expecting. Took it a little easier than I should have with my eating habits but it helped to show me what a little time off of it can do.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
